Cath Hill

Group Director, CIPS

 

Cath is a member of the CIPS Group leadership team. She joined CIPS in June 2011 as Marketing Director and is now responsible for a global portfolio that also includes Membership, Knowledge, Product Development, Representation, Publications and Events. Cath has an Executive MBA from Cranfield University School of Management. She has worked in marketing and general management in a number of sectors including insurance, retail, leisure and information services. She led the launch marketing strategy of Bluewater, then Europe’s largest retail and leisure destination, and established Scoot as one of the UK’s biggest (and earliest) digital brands. More recently she has been responsible for integrated insurance marketing strategies for the likes of M&S, HSBC and RAC.

Cath regularly chairs and presents at CIPS events and other conferences, and is a spokesperson for CIPS in topics such as the role procurement has to play in educating modern slavery and the need for the profession to raise its game and raise its voice.
